I love the airport

So, we just got back from a great trip to DC and then all you know what breaks through. We land in the Altanta airport an hour behind schedule. After smelling a fire in the tram area, we rush to get our luggage which was already going round and round. We had all our luggage and realized we were missing something VERY important--Brady's car seat. After waiting 45 minutes for it, we gave up and came home. Can I just please ask for competent people to work at the airport? Is that too much to ask?

Welcome to Spring Break!

I LOVE Spring time..especially Cherry Blossom season. not only is it beautiful outside, but I can always count on supporting Zrytec and Kleenex's annual profit growth. I don't understand this. God makes this beautiful landscape of an Earth, and we are to enjoy it and take care of it, but are stuck inside because if we cross the line, we can't breathe! Maybe we will understand when the end comes!

I got a new camera yesterday for two reasons. One, I wanted a nice one (great reason, huh?) and two, I had lost my USB cable for my other one and no one I found would fit. What's this mean? A GREAT excuse to buy something new!! :) Do I ever need an excuse???!!! And I learned how to upload pics to this thing! Yeah, I feel smart!

I am supposed to be writing my paper for school, but as always, I open a new window and shop, write on this, visit other websites instead, so it ends up taking FOREVER to write it...well, only 3 more weeks till I am Masters educated!

So here is me sitting at the computr typing on my blog with my two year old upstairs screaming her head off. She is mad at me since I won't let her put on her red shoes...but come on, y'all, the girl has on a pink outfit. Well, once she gets started, it is hard to stop her. She has screamed now for over an hour...pitching a usual two year old temper tantrum. Wow...when did I sign up for this?

But seriously, would you let her wear red shoes with an all pink outfit? As if!

Is the margarita talking?

So I was chastized today for updating my blog like 8 months late...hmm, do I have the spare time to keep this up? NO! But because I love my Bible study gals, and love to frequent El Sombrero with them, I will vow to be better....not perfect, but better...


And yes, I am going to the pole!

Update on us!

Okay, so I checked on my blog and realized that I hadn't written anything since AUGUST! My, has my life changed! Brady came to us on Oct 3, 2007 and is almost 6 months old. Emma turned 2 in Feb and she is definitely hitting the terrible 2's! I am loving being the mother to two wonderful children although it is challenging! How is it that both kids poop and cry at the same time? Is is programmed into them? I keep reminding myself that they are blessings....

I promise to keep up the blog so keep checking back!

Is there a cold front on the way?

It keeps hitting 100 degrees and above here in Macon with no relief in sight!!! Why am I pregnant during this time? I started back work yesterday, only working 3 days a week and it was so nice to sleep in this morning!!! Emma enjoys being at home also with her "friends" also known as The Backyardigans. Hope everyone is doing good!

Day One of Blog

I can't believe Tanya has roped me into creating a blog of my family, but it's a good idea for people trying to keep up with us! We just moved into a new house in June and finally are settled and anxiously awaiting for the arrival of baby Anderson Brady in late September! I can't believe I'm going to be the mother of a toddler and baby at the same time. Something must be mentally wrong with me!!
